Our office interacts since its creation in numerous sensible cases in front of National Criminal Jurisdictions, as in the known cases of the « disparues de l’Yonne », the « chinois », the « cols rouge de Drouot », the « la Tour Odéon à Monaco », the « biens mal acquis » or the case « Cercle Concorde ». But we also interfere internationally, more regularly in front of the European Court of Human Rights where we obtained principle’s decisions: case SELMOUNI, case HAKKAR …

The office CANU-BERNARD ASSOCIÉS assures the defence of companies’ leaders or directly the company itself (France Telecom, EDF…) and also private individual such as Dominique AMBIEL, Marie-Paule MORACCHINI, Bernard SQUARCINI, Marcel CAMPION, the president BONI YAYI.
