Marie-Alix Canu-Bernard

Marie-Alix CANU BERNARD is a lawyer at the Paris Bar and at the Criminal International Court. Since 1991, she pleaded numerous cases in front of criminal national jurisdictions, but she interacts regularly in front of the European Court of Human Right where she obtained principle’s decisions. She is a former member of the Council of the Order, responsible of the open Criminal Commission of Paris Bar and Vice-president of the Criminal Law Institute. She participated, as a criminal lawyer, in several seminars in France and internationally.

Agnès Lowenstein

Agnès LOWENSTEIN is registered at the Paris Bar since 2011, same year than her jointure at Marie-Alix CANU BERNARD. Later she became a partner of the office CANU-BERNARD ASSOCIÉS. She mainly practices in General Criminal Law, Criminal Law of Business Affairs, Criminal Labor Law. She also exercises in Press Law, Family Law and Social Law, through different cases. She has a Licence of Criminal Law, and a DEA of Political Law that she obtained at the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas.

Marc-Antoine Gueguen

Marc-Antoine GUEGUEN integrated the office CANU-BERNARD ASSOCIES in 2017. He has, a Bachelor in Private Law from the University Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne. He also has two masters, one Master of Private Law of People and Heritage and one Master of Criminal Law of Business Affairs both from the University Paris XII UPEC.
With several experiences in the public prosecutor’s department and the investigation, Marc-Antoine GUEGUEN specialized himself in General Criminal Law and Criminal Law of Business Affairs.

Julie JUKIC

She graduated in private law and then obtained a Master II - Criminal Law and Crimal Sciences at the University of Paris X. Julie JUKIC also attented the University Diploma - International Criminal Organizations and Jurisdictions at the same university. 

After several internships at the law firm CANU-BERNARD ASSOCIES, Julie JUKIC completed her criminal law training with internships at the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Court of Appeal of Versailles, as well as in detention at the Fresnes Prison.
